Carrier Agreement & SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications from KPL Brokerage LLC, you agree to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provided. This Carrier Agreement outlines the terms governing our SMS messaging services.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By opting in through our web forms, phone calls, or other channels, you consent to receive automated text messages from KPL Brokerage LLC. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Order alerts and updates

  • Account notifications

  • Service updates

  • Promotional offers (if you've opted in)

  • Shipment tracking information

  • Important account-related communications

KPL Brokerage LLC and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS service.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Carrier Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or email. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current mobile phone number information

  • Notify us immediately if your phone number changes

  • Do not use our SMS service for any unlawful purpose

  • Do not attempt to circumvent or abuse our SMS service

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We adhere to all applicable federal, state, and carrier regulations.
